Job description:
Harden Healthcare Services HR Department is searching for a Project Manger/Trainer. The function of the Project Manager is to manage the coordination and scheduling of key HR projects by ensuring effective task delegation occurs while leading regular communication. The Project Manager will also contribute to the project as a subject matter expert when relevant. The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating and rolling out HR training materials and presentations at times.

Responsibilities include:
· Create project plans for HR’s core deliverables/projects
· Work with project stakeholders to ensure the support requirements are clearly identified, documented, communicated and approved
· Effectively lead, coordinate and deliver project deliverables on time and within budget
· Responsible for overall project communication
· Create regular status reports and communicate appropriately, including, but not limited to, project lists, project status, budget information, and issues / risk list
· Communicate any project scope changes to leadership and project stakeholders
· Implement changes of the project plan to ensure those changes are reflected in the project status and scope
· Identify and eliminate obstacles, develop project risk assessments and implement risk mitigation plans
· Collaborate and communicate with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities
· Develop and coordinate HR training curriculum
· Present instructor-led training sessions
· Develop and deliver new HR training materials including all course materials, exercises, and skills evaluation
· Review training materials and documentation and keep them up to date
· Create an HR training database and calendar
· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:
Qualifications include:
· Prior project management experience a plus
· Prior training experience required
· Minimum 1-3 years project and team administrative support
· Advanced user of Microsoft Office software
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to create correspondence
· Ability to meet strict deadlines, effective time management skills
